How Guardian Works Diagram
The diagram provides a general illustration of the steps involved in relaying the alarm to the Guardian Web-Server and on to the user. Example, Monitoring a fire detection system.
1. Fire Detection Panel
Guardian continually monitors the fire panel for faults.
4. Guardian Web-Server
Each alarm is recorded and stored in the server and backed-up.
2. Guardian Alarm Transmitter
When a fault is detected the details are sent to the server.
5. Client notification
Received on cellphones and any web enabled device.
3. Radio & Cellphone
Two alarm transmission routes over APN's are used to ensure that the alarm is received by the server.

Notifications from Guardian Web-Server are distributed to any number of persons via SMS and/or E-Mail.
You decide who receives which notifications, this allows you to manage the information to the person.
1. Cell/Mobilephone
Receive the notification immediately.
Acknowledge the notification immediately.
2. Dashboard
Check the detailed status record of your systems via the Dashboard.Compile and print reports using the Search & Sort Tools on the Dashboard.
3. GPS Overview
The GPS Map View allows you to check on the status of all your systems

Automatic Alerts when you need them most
Step1: Transmit alarm to Guardian
Step2: Receive & Record alarm on Guardian Web-Server, Report Writer
Step3: Receive notifications by SMS & E-Mail
Step4: Acknowledge notification by a staff member
Step5: Notification Escalation, if acknowledgement not received by server, next senior person notified and so on
Step6: Repair Pending, until fault repaired regular report sent to management
Step7: Repair Completed, management notified
Guardian Alarm Transmitter performs a 24 hour self diagnostic test. Your Company and MeyCom are informed immediately if there is a failure of the Guardian Alarm Transmitter.
